What to expect in your first month

Now that you’ve started your Oliiv ritual, I want to share what you can expect to notice over the next few weeks.

Each spoonful of this golden oil is alive with polyphenols, antioxidants, and healthy fats that work gently but powerfully with your body, and consistency is where the magic happens.

I take two shots a day, one in the morning to awaken digestion and energy, and one mid-afternoon as a reset for focus and calm. Some days I drizzle it over roasted vegetables, others I sip it neat. However you take yours, remember: it’s not just a supplement, it’s a ritual of nourishment.

Day 1–3

A little note on how to use Oliiv
