Introducing
Lucia Gamez

From two hemispheres our four partners create the freshest olive oil in the world.

When the winter harvest finishes in the Mediterannean, we are already planning our summer harvest in New Zealand and South America.

We’ve traveled the world to partner with the best artisanal olive oil farmers. Our journey has taken us from the ancient groves of the Mediterranean to the sun-drenched hills of Argentina, all to find people who share our values.

These are farmers who use regenerative practices, showing a deep love for their land that shines through in the exceptional quality of their olive oil.

Each bottle tells a story of careful cultivation and a commitment to nurturing the earth. This isn't just olive oil; it's a taste of a sustainable future, crafted by true artisans.

high polyphenol lab certification

Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) has been rigorously tested to meet and exceed EU regulatory standards. The following analysis confirms a high concentration of phenolic compounds, exceeding the 250 mg/kg threshold required for the EU health claim regarding the protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress. With a superior antioxidant profile and low acidity levels, this lab report verifies the chemical integrity and therapeutic potency of our current harvest.
