Description
Super fresh, very high polyphenols 770mg/kg, cold pressed early harvest. Every 3 months we move to a new, artisnal producer starting in Spain, then onto Italy, followed by New Zealand then Aregntina.
Care
Keep out of direct sunlight and away from direct heat.
Once opened use within 3 months.
Suitable for cooking, baking frying, dressing and drinking. An amazing extra virgin olive oil is more that a match for seed oils.
